Premium Surfaces, Professionally Installed
Supply and installation of stone, tile, Dekton and large-format slabs for residential and commercial spaces across Greater Vancouver.
01
Stone
Premium natural and engineered stone solutions for kitchens, bathrooms, fireplaces, walls, floors and architectural features.
- Marble, quartzite, limestone, granite and engineered stone.
- Vein matching and book-matching from selected blocks.
- Mitred edges, waterfall ends, cut-outs and drainboards.
- Supply, installation, or both — residential and commercial across Greater Vancouver.
Stone — Questions
- Which natural stones do you supply in Vancouver?
- Marble, quartzite, limestone, travertine, granite, onyx and engineered stone. We work with Greater Vancouver slab yards and importers, so we can source a specific look, thickness or finish rather than limiting you to what is on one floor.
- Is natural stone practical for a family kitchen?
- Yes, with the right selection. Quartzite and engineered stone are the most forgiving for daily cooking; marble is softer and develops a patina. We talk through etching, staining and sealing before you commit to a slab.
- Can you book-match a feature wall or island?
- We select sequential slabs from the same block and lay out the veining so it mirrors across an island waterfall, a fireplace or a full wall. Layout is approved with you on digital templates before cutting.
02
Tile
High-end tile supply and professional installation for residential and commercial interiors.
- Porcelain, ceramic, natural stone and mosaic formats.
- Waterproofing, levelling and substrate preparation.
- Precise layout setting-out so cuts land where they should.
- Supply, installation, or both — residential and commercial across Greater Vancouver.
Tile — Questions
- Do you install client-supplied tile?
- Yes. Many designers specify tile directly with a supplier and bring us in for installation only. We check quantities, calibration and lot numbers before starting so the layout is not compromised mid-way.
- How do you handle waterproofing in bathrooms?
- Substrates are levelled, then waterproofed with a bonded membrane system at floors, curbs and shower walls before any tile is set. Movement joints and drainage falls are set out at the same stage.
- How is tile layout decided?
- We set out the room from the most visible sightlines so cuts fall in the least conspicuous places, and align joints with niches, fixtures and adjoining stone wherever the layout allows.
03
Dekton
Dekton surfaces for sophisticated, durable and contemporary architectural applications.
- Ultra-compact surfaces resistant to heat, scratches and UV.
- Suited to kitchens, bathrooms, cladding and outdoor spaces.
- Thin profiles with structural strength for long spans.
- Supply, installation, or both — residential and commercial across Greater Vancouver.
Dekton — Questions
- What makes Dekton different from natural stone?
- Dekton is an ultra-compact surface that is highly resistant to heat, scratches, stains and UV. It does not need sealing, and it holds colour outdoors — which is why it is often used for exterior cladding and outdoor kitchens in Vancouver's climate.
- Can Dekton be used outdoors in Vancouver?
- Yes. Its UV stability and low porosity suit rain, freeze-thaw cycles and exterior cladding, patios and outdoor kitchens across Metro Vancouver.
- Can Dekton be mitred for a thick edge?
- Thin Dekton panels are routinely mitred to create 40mm, 60mm or thicker apparent edges, and waterfall ends with continuous pattern across the mitre.
04
Large-Format Slabs
Large-format slab solutions designed to create seamless, dramatic surfaces with minimal visual interruption.
- Panels up to full wall height with minimal joints.
- Specialist handling, lifting and transport on site.
- Continuous vein runs across walls, floors and joinery.
- Supply, installation, or both — residential and commercial across Greater Vancouver.
Large-Format Slabs — Questions
- How large can a single slab panel be?
- Common large-format panels run up to roughly 3200 x 1600 mm, which lets us clad most wall heights and island runs with a single joint or none at all.
- What access do you need for large-format installation?
- Panels are heavy and need a clear path from the truck to the room, plus lifting frames and suction gear. We survey access before delivery so nothing is discovered on install day.
- Can slabs be used on floors and walls together?
- Yes. Running the same slab across floor, wall and joinery with continuous veining is one of the most effective uses of large-format material, and we plan the vein sequence across all surfaces at once.
05
Supply
Premium material sourcing and supply tailored to the requirements of each project.
- Slab sourcing and selection with you or your designer.
- Sample coordination and material comparison.
- Scheduling deliveries around your build programme.
- Supply, installation, or both — residential and commercial across Greater Vancouver.
Supply — Questions
- Can I view slabs before purchase?
- Yes. We arrange viewing at the yard with you or your designer, tag the specific slabs for your project, and hold them until templating.
- Do you supply to builders and designers only?
- We supply homeowners, designers, architects, builders and developers. Trade clients can order material without installation and receive the layout drawings alongside delivery.
- How does delivery scheduling work?
- Delivery is booked around your build programme so material arrives when the site is ready, not weeks early where it risks damage.
06
Installation
Professional installation with attention to measurements, detailing, alignment, cuts and finishing.
- Digital templating and accurate measurement.
- Level, plumb and aligned installation with tight joints.
- Final polish, sealing and site clean-down.
- Supply, installation, or both — residential and commercial across Greater Vancouver.
Installation — Questions
- How does templating work?
- Once cabinetry or substrates are in place, we digitally template the space, confirm overhangs, cut-outs and edge profiles with you, then fabricate to those measurements.
- How long between templating and installation?
- Usually one to two weeks for a kitchen or bathroom, depending on material availability and fabrication load. We confirm the date at templating.
- Do you seal the surfaces after installation?
- Porous materials are sealed on completion and we leave care guidance for the specific stone. Non-porous surfaces such as Dekton need no sealing.

Luxury Home Renovation
High-end renovation solutions integrating premium surfaces, materials and craftsmanship.
- Kitchens, bathrooms, entries and full-floor renovations.
- Coordination with designers, architects and builders.
- Surfaces integrated with joinery, lighting and finishes.
- Supply, installation, or both — residential and commercial across Greater Vancouver.
Luxury Home Renovation — Questions
- Do you manage the full renovation?
- We lead the surfaces scope end to end and coordinate closely with your designer, architect, builder and trades. For full renovations we work within the main build programme rather than replacing it.
- When should surfaces be specified in a renovation?
- As early as possible. Slab selection, thickness and layout affect cabinetry, plumbing positions and lighting, so choosing material at design stage avoids compromises later.
- Do you work on occupied homes?
- Yes. We protect access routes, contain dust, and stage work so kitchens and bathrooms are out of service for as short a period as practical.

FAQ
Common Questions
Answers to what clients, designers and builders ask most often.
- Do you supply materials, install, or both?
- Both. Most clients use Persepolis for supply and installation together, but we also install client-supplied material and supply slabs to designers and builders.
- Which areas do you serve?
- Vancouver and the wider Metro Vancouver region, including North and West Vancouver, Burnaby, Richmond, the Tri-Cities, New Westminster, Surrey, Delta and Langley.
- Can I see the exact slab before it is cut?
- Yes. We arrange slab viewing and selection so you approve the specific piece and its veining before any cutting or templating begins.
- How long does a typical project take?
- Timelines depend on material availability and scope. A kitchen or bathroom is usually a matter of weeks from templating to installation; full renovations are scheduled around the wider build.
- Do you work with designers, architects and builders?
- Regularly. We can work from drawings and specifications, attend site, and coordinate directly with your trades and project schedule.
- How do I get a quote?
- Send your project details through the quote form or call us. We'll discuss scope, materials and next steps, and follow up with a written estimate.
